What does it mean to subscribe?
The current experiment is about mindful eating, with an eye on losing weight.
1. When I eat, I eat. When doing something else, I do not eat.
2. No eating during food-preparation, or after the table is cleared.
3. Eat all food & snacks from a plate, dish or bowl. Drinks from glasses or cups.
4. Take a moment to express gratitude before and after eating.
